Returns & Exchanges

At Devon & Lang, we want you to feel as good as our premium fabrics feel against your skin. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into a secure shipping mailer or the original box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
